Climbing schedule

1st day: dinner will be served at lodge

Depart at 7:00	Depart from Kobe!  Meeting Point （Operating only on Saturdays）

• Kobe departure costs 300 yen more per way.（Operating only on Saturdays）
• There is a possibility that the schedule changes
• You will have short stay at "Mt. Fuji 8th station Hakuunso", but it might be changed.The room will be shared with men and women together.
• Departing from Kobe, Namba, Umeda uses shuttle bus, which is standard bus.You need to transfer at Shin-Osaka or Kyoto.
• There's no restroom in the bus, but bus will stop for a restroom break in every 2 or 3 hours.（3-line sheet bus has restroom）

Schedule from booking to the tour day

• Check details on this page before bookingYou can also book over phone (TEL:050-5538-8708).
  There's no english speaking guide, contact and reservation system in English.
• You will receive booking document over e-mail or FAX. Check if there's no error in the document.
• If you desire to pay at convenience store or bank, please make payment.
• Prepare yourself as fitness training or equipment by yourself.（See our Mt. Fuji climbing info on our web site about equipments.）
• We'll send final document (check-in ticket) by e-mail 5 days to 1 day before departure.
  Please show the ticket at check-in.
• Departure Day(Show your final document (check-in ticket) at check-in. )

NOTE
We will not contact you for checking payment. Please do not lose your receipt of payment until department.
If you are paying with credit card,Please bring something we can check your name.

Information

You can leave your baggage car interior. However,we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.Please be careful of your valuables and carry on.Also there's　baggage lockers at 5th station Fujikyu Unjokaku.
(Charged 300 to 500 yen)

Departing from Kobe(Operating only on Saturdays), Namba, Umeda uses shuttle bus, which is standard bus.You need to transfer at Shin-Osaka or Kyoto.There's no restroom in the bus.

Second day (2nd day),you can choose (Basic Course) Resort in Fuyo, (Relax Course) Fujiyama Onsen and (Premium Course) Fuji Choubou no yu Yurari.（Free bath towel and facial towel rental）
Basic Course has Lunch and Hot bath at Sensui where is located in Resort in Fuyo or other after coming down. We have basic facility Hot bath, Spring in open-air, Sauna, bedrock bath

This plan will go through Kawaguchiko Yoshida Trailing Road.You must be careful because there's one branch when going down the mountain.Around 8th station when going down, there's a branch at brown roof (Edoya). You must turn LEFT toward Kawaguchiko Fuji Yoshida/Subaru Line as sign indicate.If you took wrong way, you have to pay for the cost to go home.

Tour Conductor

Tour conductor will go together while climbing.

About Insurance

Please note that customers of family member of the customer will be responsible for all costs needed in the search, the rescue, and the accident processing when the accident, the disaster, and the disease, etc. occur while climbing a mountain.
We strongly recommend to buy travel accident insurance by yourself when joining Mt. Fuji Climbing tour.

About this tour in general

All courses will be operating in rainy weather. However,when bad weather such as downpours and the strong winds by the typhoon etc.
is expected, we will report the tour discontinuance beforehand.

Please not that it is possible not to be able to view the sunrise due to bad weather or progression, and to get to the peak due to bad traffic of trailing route when number of travelers increases.

Due to sudden change of the weather, and when Safety Guide Center, Lodge Guide, or Lodge judge it's dangerous, the schedule may change or tour may called off without previous notice.

Water is very precious on Mt. Fuji. All water will cost you. You need to take a consideration of using water other than drinking.

5th station is at over 2,000m. Air pressure is low and you may get altitude sickness. Please have enough sleep and during too much to be in good shape. After arriving at 5th station, we recommend to have rest more than 30 minutes to get used to the circumstance before starting to climb.

When number of travelers is low, we may use smaller bus or minicoarch.

About bus

No smoking at anytime in the bus.

Your seat will be appointed on departure day.

Due to revising the Road Traffic Law, wearing seat belt is an obligation. Please make sure to wear seat belt in the bus.
If you do not understand this, it's possible you can't get on the bus.

Bus will leave on time.If you don't arrive at meeting point by the time, that means you abandoned the tour. Bus will leave on time anyway.

Unavoidable issue such as traffic jam may delay departure time and arriving time.

In that case,any cost such as meal or room charge occurred wiil not be paid.

When number of travelers is low, we may use smaller bus or share bus with other tour.

When going back home, meeting point is in front of 5th station Fujikyu Unjokaku. Bus will leave on time. Make sure to get there by the time.

Due to traffic condition etc., we may not be able to operate as scheduled.
In that case,please not we may change bus route or may delay departure time and arriving time.

With some seats and the seats of the last row, you may not be able to recline the seat.It's possible the space between seat may be different because of seat position.
(Seats in the last row is same spec; there will be 5 seats in 4-lines standard bus. )

You CAN'T change the time or zone of the bus when going back home. We do not pay back as well.

During Climbing

Lodge in Mt. Fuji is sharing room with men and women. In peak time, you may use less than one tatami space.

You can use Futon, but you can't take bath or shower. (It's possible you have to sleep in sleeping bag. )

Departure time in 2nd morning changes due to the sunrise time or traffic condition. Climbing guide will tell you the time on site.

If you need to stay at another facility than scheduled due to your condition, you need to pay for the cost and we will not pay back tour charge.

It's possible to view sunrise before peak due to traffic condition of trail or climbing pace.
